Jordan’s Memories of the Santos Peñoles Cup
Reflecting on his participation in the tournament, Carrillo recalled:
"I remember being invited to a scouting session with the club. Later, they told me I could play in the Santos Peñoles Cup with the U-14 category. We won the championship, and soon after, I joined the club’s youth academy."
The skilled midfielder from Sinaloa also shared:
"At 14 years old, I played in the Santos Peñoles Cup. After going through several selection processes, I was able to move into Casa Club and officially join the Santos Laguna youth system. At first, it was tough to be away from home at such a young age, but I found the courage to push through, and over the years, I achieved my dream."

Carrillo sent an inspiring message to the next generation of Guerreros:
"My advice to all the boys and girls participating in this year’s Santos Peñoles Cup is to truly enjoy this beautiful experience.
