PLAYER REGISTRATION

There is no limit on the number of players registered on time.

Deadline for player registration on the platform: April 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

Late Registrations: Phase 1 - April 16-27, 2025: $250.00 MXN per player. / Phase 2 - April 28-30, 2025: $500.00 MXN per player.

The last day for player validation will be May 1, 2025, before their first match in the Santos Peñoles Cup 2025. Players must be registered beforehand.
The player registration process must be completed in advance to attend the in-person verification. This is the only process for player validation and credential issuance.
STEPS FOR REGISTERING PLAYERS & STAFF IN THE SYSTEM

Access the official statistics system of the Santos Peñoles Cup 2025 by clicking here.

Log in with your email (username) and the automatic password provided.

Once inside, it is recommended to update your password for security.

Click on ‘My Teams’ in the top-left section.

Select your team and upload your logo in .jpg or .png format.

To add players, click the blue button "+ Add New Player".

Upload the player’s photo and fill in the required fields: First name(s), last name(s), date of birth, position, jersey number, email (player or parent), and phone number (player or parent). Click ‘Add New Player’ to save the entry and clear the form for the next player. Note: Click ‘Back to List’ to review registered players and verify successful uploads. All registrations will appear as ‘Pending Authorization’ until validated.

Once the roster is complete, enter each player’s profile to upload validation documents digitally. Mandatory step (supported formats: .pdf, .jpg, .png).

Enter the CURP field.

Upload identity documents: Click “+ Upload a document now” or drag and drop files. Documents must be clear, readable, and in good resolution.

Option A: Original digital birth certificate (downloaded from the official Mexican government website or scanned for foreign players). School Certificate or Student ID (must have a stamped photograph from the educational institution). CURP (downloaded from the official Mexican government website).

Option B: Valid original passport (scanned or clear, high-resolution photo).

PLAYER REQUIREMENTS
Must be properly registered on the platform with complete information and a recent photograph (headshot, no hats or glasses, white background).
The following documents must be submited on the registration day:

Option 1: Original birth certificate, school certificate or ID with a stamped photo from the educational institution.

STAFF REQUIREMENTS
Must be properly registered on the platform, meeting the same registration requirements. Additionally, a copy of ID or Driver's License must be provided.
OBSERVATIONS:

Article 9 – Over-Age Rule In the male categories, female players are allowed to register with a one-year grace period based on the category's age requirements. A maximum of three over-age players can be on the field at the same time. In the female category, three reinforcement players are allowed on the field with a one-year grace period. The 2008 male category allows up to two 2007-born players on the field.

Article 10 – Player EligibilityA player cannot be registered in two different teams within the same category or represent two different institutions. However, a player can be registered in two teams within the same delegation but in different categories, as long as they are registered in both teams before the tournament starts and meet the age requirements. Example: A 2013-born player can participate with the same delegation in both the 2012 and 2013 categories.

Article 11 – Player RegistrationAll players must be properly registered on the tournament platform. Once documents have been reviewed and approved, the player is officially accredited to participate in the Santos Peñoles Cup.

Article 12 – Document HandlingThe documents submitted for player registration will remain in the possession of the Organizing Committee These will be returned to the respective teams at the end of the tournament at the Operations Center.

Article 13 – Match Requirements Player credentials must be presented before each match. Uniform color consistency is mandatory: All players must wear jerseys, shorts, and socks of the same color (not necessarily identical jerseys). Jersey numbers are not mandatory.

Registrations
All registrations will take place at Territorio Santos Modelo.
Mandatory Team Registration:

All players must be present to submit their complete documentation and receive their official credential, which is required to participate in the 13th Edition of the Santos Peñoles Cup.

Failure to attend the registration will result in disqualification from the tournament.
